How long does the delivery take?
The time span for deliveries results from two time periods:

1) Processing time (1–2 days):
Order confirmation, customisation, quality check, and packing.

This is checked and approved within 12–24 hours after the order is placed. Production is commissioned once the order has been approved in our system. For personalised products, it takes about 1–2 days for manufacturing, quality assurance, and packaging.

2) Delivery time
The duration from our international shipping centre to the place of delivery:

• Europe (excluding certain Western European countries): 6–12 working days

• Middle East : 6–12 working days

All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays.
