Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days of placing the order, or at the latest within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.

Once an order is placed, withdrawal is only possible if the package is returned to us. Since the package is already with the shipping company, we must first receive it back from you to process the refund.

How to Withdraw

To withdraw, please send a clear declaration (e.g., email) of your decision to info@freedomshoes.shop.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the end of the withdrawal period.

Note: A return without prior notification does not constitute a valid withdrawal.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract:

  • We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs. Additional costs from choosing a non-standard delivery method are not refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

  • We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period ends. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if it is due to handling beyond what is necessary to check their quality, properties, or functionality.

Return Options

Under your right of withdrawal, you may choose:

  1. Free Exchange:

    • Exchange your item(s) for a new one of equal value, subject to availability, at no extra cost.

    • Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.

  2. Refund upon Confirmation:

    • Request a refund, which will be processed once the returned item(s) are received at our return address.

    • Delivery expenses are non-refundable.
